We’re on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team based in Collingwood. With convenient parking nearby, this key role plays a vital part in supporting the sales team through a range of administrative duties, managing sales documentation, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be empowered to make the role your own and grow with the company, supported by leaders who genuinely value development, initiative, and individual contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, contracts, and sales presentations.
Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate communication between the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
Maintain and update sales databases, tracking client information, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
Manage inventory and stock records in coordination with the sales team.
Assist with preparing sales reports and performance data for management.
Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and running smoothly.
Maintain office filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring documents are organized and accessible.
Support general office operations as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Attend out of office appointments when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service focus and a positive attitude.
Current Agents Representative Certification.
Experience with CRM Systems such as Google Suite, VAULT, Box & Dice, Property ME.
