Our client who is a leading manufacturer of quality home technology products and operates nationwide, are currently seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to join their team based in Canning vale for an ongoing casual basis.
The main functions of this role will include:
- Front of house administration duties and operational support as required
- Manage a busy switchboard, taking messages and redirecting calls regarding all inquiries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and all departments to provide updates.
- Actioning the email inbox, responding to general queries, and redirecting emails.
- Maintain and manage the internal database.
- Welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner & be the first point on contact
You will require the following:
- Availability to commence immediately
- Strong phone presence and a professional presentation
- Be independent and proactive, anticipate what needs to be completed.
- Previous Office based experience needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Own transport (no public transport available)
Benefits:
- Free on-site parking available
- $35p/hr - $40p/hr (casual rate) – negotiable based on experience.
