Pratico Mechanical and Diagnostics (PMD), established in 2021 and proud authorized service agents for Komatsu Forest and Waratah, is on the hunt for an exceptional Service Administrator to join our growing family!

What You’ll Do:

As our Service Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficiently inputting technicians’ timecards and reports into our software system.

Handling general admin tasks and managing accounts with precision.

Booking in jobs and closing off completed ones like a pro.

Organizing filing orders and dispatching with flair.

Mastering Xero to keep our finances on track.

Handling and monitoring stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

Xero Experience (Must): You know the ins and outs of this accounting software.

Reliability: You can be counted on, day in and day out.

Data Entry & Computer Skills: Your typing speed and accuracy are top-notch.

Exceptional Organization: You thrive in keeping things orderly and efficient.

Communication & Customer Service: You have a friendly, can-do attitude that puts clients at ease.

Desirable:

Experience in service administration is a plus!
