We are now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, responsible and experienced CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR to join our team for managing key clients contract, and prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of our company. Meanwhile, the employee undertakes the task of improve the efficiency of our existing team to meet the high growth business needs of AUS SOLAR ENERGY GROUP.

Position: Permanent Full Time

Hours of Work: 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary Package: 75,000+super/per year

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or above related to Business Management major;
  • At least 2 years full-time professional working experiences related to commercial and residential projects involving construction or clean energy field;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must;
  • Ability to read civil/architectural plans and develop cost estimates;
  • High level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel;
  • Strong understanding of construction processes;
  • Ability to communicate and manage various external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they meet legal requirements and accurately reflect the terms agreed upon by both parties;
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, or clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Managing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in accordance with the agreed-upon terms;
  • Responsible for the resolution of any questions raised by the affected parties regarding contracts or services;
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, service, performance evaluations, amendments, payments, and other related documentation related to contractor relationships;
  • Acting as a liaison between the organization and external contractors, (such as Project managers, Architects, Engineering Managers and clients), facilitating clear and open communication to ensure that expectations are understood and met on both sides;
  • Serve as a link between the previous and the next, consult with senior managers on major issues, and be responsible for the implementation of their plans;
  • Monitoring the performance of contractors to ensure they are meeting the agreed-upon standards and delivering quality work within the established timelines;
  • Responsible for making reports related to all projects activities and procedures;
  • Pay attention to the progress of the project in real time, collect relevant data accurately and timely, and report the progress of the project in stages;
  • Be responsible for reviewing and arranging new office according if needed;
