About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of our contracts and client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills. The position will be reporting to the Managing Director. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Administering contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and updating contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information.
Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet the organisation’s obligation and achieve planned contract outcomes.
Developing, reviewing and negotiating contract variation daily and as required.
Negotiating, reviewing and updating existing contract terms with internal and external business partners.
Explaining contract terms and conditions to related parties to ensure understanding and compliance with company standards.
Managing staff to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Coordinating with legal, finance and other functions to support the contract process.
Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Ensure all cleaning contracts are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation for all cleaning activities.
What we're looking for
Hold relevant qualifications in project management or business administration.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration in Australia.
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role, preferably within the Contracts Administration sub-industry
Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and dispute resolution principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse complex contractual information
Proficient in the use of contract management software and MS Office suite
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Other details:
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: AUD 74,000 – AUD 80,000 per year, plus superannuation
