Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on internal sales leads and prepare accurate, timely quotes
• Respond to import and export shipment enquiries via phone and email
• Keep clients updated on shipment progress, proactively communicating delays and offering solutions
• Manage bookings and ensure precise data entry within logistics systems
• Support customs clearance processes, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards
• Collaborate with operations to monitor to ensure delivery deadlines are met

About You

• Experience in customer service or internal sales within freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics
• Solid understanding of quoting processes and pricing structures
• Familiarity with CargoWise is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
