The Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.

Building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services.

Partnering with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers for potential sales opportunities.
