We are a leading hardware distribution company in Tullamarine supplying cabinetmakers across the North and West suburbs of Melbourne.

About the Role
Full Time (Mon-Fri) providing sales support to our customers from our Tullamarine showroom. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast paced environment including assisting our customers with walk-in counter sales, completing incoming phone/email orders and providing office administration support. The successful candidate will receive on the job training and work closely with our existing team.

Must be hard working, motivated with a positive can-do attitude and a team player

Competent computer skills required

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders (via email, phone and face to face), including picking and packing of some orders
• Handling customer enquiries on pricing, stock availability and delivery
• Processing payments and preparing supporting documentation
