Vicki Philipoff Settlements are looking to take on a Trainee Conveyancer or Junior Conveyancer to join our team and learn all there is to know about the conveyancing industry.

Duties & initial training areas:

Working in our quotes department answering phone calls & replying to emails

Documentation preparation work, filing & entering information into our settlement system

Ultimately managing your own settlement portfolio

Skills & attributes:

Experience is not necessary, but prior exposure in real estate conveyancing, settlements or the legal industry is advantageous

Great organizational skills & ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

The ability to think outside the box and one step ahead
