Your Role

Offered as a 12-month contract, this is a remote position, where you will play a vital role in shaping our organisational culture and enhancing employee experiences. Drawing upon your expertise, you will provide strategic guidance on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that encourages performance, safety, and wellbeing.

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of HR activities, from employee relations to talent planning, all while contributing to innovative solutions that address our unique business challenges. Your insights and analysis will help identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our compliance and quality standards.

About You

You will be enthusiastic and proactive HR professional, with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline and have demonstrated experience in partnering with leaders to achieve business goals.

You will also have:

• A strong understanding of HR best practises and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate trends and inform decision-making.
• A proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
