Treetop Early Learning, Pascoe Vale would like to welcome a passionate, fun and welcoming Centre Director to work alongside, mentor and collaborate with the team. Our Centre Director at Treetop, will have support from the Assistant Director and Educational Leader who both work off the floor to ensure the teams have the support they need.

What experience can you bring to the Treetop family:

3-5yrs experience as a Centre Director

Experience managing a 140 place multi-level centre

Treetop Early Learning is situated on Gaffney Street, Pascoe Vale. Our beautiful centre boasts 8 rooms that provide a nurturing environment for our children & families inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia approach.

At Treetop, we believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child. Our passionate educators create engaging experiences tailored to each child's unique interests and developmental needs. With a focus on play-based learning and hands-on exploration, we encourage children to discover the world around them while building essential skills for life. We focus on our connections to communicate and provide more opportunities to build stronger relationships with the children and families.

As a Centre Director at Treetop, you will be responsible for the daily running of the centre. Working closely with families and children, mentoring and supporting the teams and organising and running tours with your Assistant Director.
