Our client is a true market leader within the Vocational space, providing apprentices and trainees training opportunities and future careers. Due to recent expansion, they currently seek a Data Administrator with amazing attention to detail and organisational skills to assist in continuing the success in the business. The role is based out of head office near Brisbanes CBD, with the ability to work from home in a hybrid capacity 3 days per week. The role will utilise your experience with data reporting within an RTO, Apprentice Connect Provider, or other VET sector bodies.
On a day to day basis your role will include, but not be limited to:
Support data-related administrative tasks focused on training quality and supplier contractual compliance.
Prepare and provide basic reports on contract and program data to support decision-making.
Review and organize data relevant to contract management to ensure it is complete and accessible for team use.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as liaising with service providers, preparing correspondence, or managing scheduling requests.
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from external suppliers
Assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of data within multiple software systems, including the Microsoft 365 Suite
You must have the following skills to be successful in this role:
Previous RTO or VET sector data administration experience
High level of proficiency using Excel and MS 365 programs
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new reporting systems.
