Volvo Group Australia is seeking a skilled Homologation Administrator to assist our Homologation and Compliance team. If you’re a detail-oriented, efficient admin professional with a strong ability to handle legal documentation, this role could be your next career move!

As a Homologation Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Volvo Group Australia (VGA) by making legal declarations on behalf of VGA, stating that all compliance requirements for each vehicle have been met and ensuring that all certification documentation is accurately recorded and processed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate submissions to the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV) and make legal declarations on behalf of VGA.

• Submit Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) to NEVDIS on behalf of VGA.

• Manage digital documentation and maintain traceability of submissions.

• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for compliance administration.

• Maintain knowledge of Australian Design Rules (ADR) and relevant regulations to ensure accuracy.

• Provide administrative support for compliance audits and regulatory reviews.

Who are you?

• High attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.

• Strong data analysis and validation skills to ensure error-free submissions.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and regulatory bodies.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in heavy vehicle engineering, manufacturing, or the automotive industry would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with Australian Design Rules (ADR) and vehicle certification requirements would be highly regarded.
