Job Title: Disability Support Worker - Casual

Immediate start - Mondays 10am to 4pm then in 6 weeks Monday to Friday 10am -4pm

Clear and fluent English

Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car

Nursing Background or PCA training, or Qualification in psychology or health would be benificial

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our participants. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with disabilities lead independent and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to participants in daily activities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting participants in developing essential life skills and achieving their goals
- Promoting community engagement and social inclusion
- Documenting participant progress and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to make positive impact on the lives of others
