About the Role

We're looking for an experienced cook with a deep understanding of Turkish cuisine. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing a variety of dishes, including chargrilled meats, wraps, burgers, and traditional specialties like Iskender, Pide, and Lahmacun. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the authenticity and quality of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of Turkish dishes with precision and consistency.

• Manage the chargrill station, ensuring meats are cooked to perfection.

• Assemble wraps, burgers, and other menu items efficiently during service hours.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen, specializing in Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine.

• Expertise in chargrilling techniques and preparation of traditional dishes like Pide and Lahmacun.

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
