What you will be doing:

• Oversee and evaluate the delivery of all engineering services
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring design verification, final approvals, and RPEQ sign-off
• Consult directly with clients to assess requirements, deliver solutions in line processes, and uphold service quality standards
• Lead and mentor the engineering design team, contributing to ongoing knowledge and professional development
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining design details, QA processes, and operational procedures

What we are looking for:

• 7-10 years in structural residential and commercial Engineering in Australia
• RPEQ status | CPEng
• High level of commercial and financial acumen – known for on time, on budget project delivery
• Practical and logical critical thinking skills
• Natural leader with a passion for mentoring and developing careers
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Excellent stakeholder management with a client first approach
