• You'll ensure that system builds builds are of the highest quality, in all aspects. This is critical health software so every detail counts.
• Assess project proposals, in conjunction with Lead Engineers and the Product Team, provide high level test plans and estimated efforts, involving both manual and automated testing, functional and non-functional testing.
• Oversee QA Engineers breaking work down into smaller deliverables as part of a SCRUM process.
• Actively participate in project delivery, performing QA tasks, and overseeing QA Engineers in their tasks. Work with the Product team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Improve upon the overall testing process and frameworks, seeking continuous improvement, and advocating for the reduction of technical debt.
• Share knowledge, provide leadership and mentoring to QA Engineers. Participate in their annual/performance review process.

YOU

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical stakeholders on Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports and Test Risks and Issues.
• Can develop and rollout test harnesses, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to enable test automation for browser UIs, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with agentic tools and self-healing automation tools
• Able to see work needed outside of the Agile processes to create a holistic supportive test / test-automation environment.
• Have implemented load and performance test frameworks for high transaction systems and distributed systems.
• Be able to track and monitor test team activities, test coverage, and test success, including for manual testing.
• C# 9.0 / .NET 5
• Selenium with C#
• RestSharp
• Postman or other REST clients
• Jmeter, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
• Docker Desktop, building and running containers
• Experience working across large timezone differences
• Experience in other automation frameworks such as Playwright, WebDriverIO
• Experience in test case management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr
• AWS resources such as ECS, Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch
• API lifecycle and management, and iPaaS platforms
• Delivered publicly available systems with identity management.
