Your role and responsibilities:

Call and follow-up leads

Follow CRM processes

Finance quotations, assess feasibility, submit and process applications

Liaise with financial institutions and their representatives

Oversee documentation and settlement of transactions

Adhere to compliance and finance industry regulations

After sales service and on-going client assistance

To be successful in this rewarding opportunity you will be:

Adept in negotiation and sales

Strong in financial literacy, organisation and time management

Strong in interpersonal skills to build productive relationships

Skilled in negotiation, sales and performing under pressure

Adept user of computers and CRM/LMS

*A Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking required. Minimum 6 months as a business manager or finance broker.
