About the Role
VenuesWest is seeking an experienced administrator to join our People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, the People and Culture Officer provides support across the People and Culture team, driving efficiency and effectiveness of human resources processes across the areas of injury management and wellbeing, recruitment, and employee development to maximise internal customer satisfaction and efficiency.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements including working from home options will be discussed with candidates at interview.
Whilst the position will be based at the Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person
The successful candidate will have strong administrative, time management and attention to detail skills. Experience working in an HR environment is highly desirable for this position.
