We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic People and Culture Officer to support our growing organisation, handling over 600 employees across multiple campuses.

Please note successful candidates are required to have the following checks:

  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 6 months) or willing to apply for one

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Officer to join our growing People & Culture team at HCI. In this role, you will play a key part in the recruitment, with a strong focus on delivering at least 10 successful hires per month.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enhancing employee engagement, supporting compliance with HR policies, and contributing to organisational culture.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment, with a demonstrated capacity to successfully complete at least 10 recruitment processes per month.

Skilled in developing job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely placements.

Knowledge of current employment trends, market rates, and best practices in candidate sourcing, including use of LinkedIn, Seek, and other recruitment platforms.

Ability to maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
