Do you have an eagle eye for detail? Do you thrive on problem-solving, organisation, and forward planning? If you want to take the next step in your career and be an integral part of a growing, dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

At CRA Construction, we are a leading subcontractor specialising in plastering and carpentry, known for our attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results. We're looking for a Project Coordinator who can ensure the smooth running of every project we’re involved in, taking full ownership of scheduling, planning, and communication. This key role helps us consistently deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Why CRA Construction?

A place where you matter. You won’t just be another employee – you’ll be a valued, integral part of our growing, tight-knit team.

We’re committed to investing in you. With opportunities for personal and professional growth, you’ll have access to development programs, industry courses, and hands-on mentoring.

This is your chance to work with a company that is expanding and evolving, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role: As a Project Coordinator at CRA Construction, you will be the linchpin that holds everything together. From receiving job details handed over by our estimators to liaising with supervisors, scheduling teams and ensuring the timely delivery of projects – this role is central to our operations. You will work closely with our site supervisors and trades teams to ensure everything is on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: You own the project schedule, from material delivery to labour management. You’ll be the person who ensures every project has the right people, materials, and equipment in place at the right time.

Analysing Information & Forward Planning: You’ll have a sharp eye for discrepancies in project data and schedules, ensuring potential issues are identified and addressed before they impact the timeline.

Scheduling and Organising: Your organisational skills will keep projects moving seamlessly, whether you coordinate resources, manage delivery dates, or align tasks.

Team Liaison & Communication: You’ll be the key communicator between estimators, supervisors, and trades teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal.

Quality Control & Documentation: Keep everything organised, from project documents to safety plans, ensuring compliance and maintaining our high standards across every job.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management: With your proactive mindset, you’ll quickly spot potential risks and ensure they’re mitigated before they become issues.

Who Are You?

You have a keen attention to detail and are passionate about keeping things organised and on schedule.

You have a strong analytical mindset, able to assess project data and identify opportunities for improvement.

You’re forward-thinking, always planning ahead to ensure that potential problems are resolved before they arise.

You have experience or knowledge of the construction industry, especially in the context of subcontracting, or you’ve worked in a related field like plastering or carpentry.

You’re a problem solver who thrives on finding creative solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.

Why You Should Apply:

You’ll be an essential part of a growing company, where your contributions will directly impact our success.

You’ll enjoy career growth opportunities, with access to continuous learning, development, and the chance to take on new responsibilities.

We offer a supportive work culture that values collaboration, open communication, and respect, where every team member is empowered to make a difference.

You’ll work in a role that is dynamic, challenging, and designed for those who love to stay ahead of the curve and get things done efficiently.

At CRA Construction, you won’t just be filling a role – you’ll be shaping the future of our projects and our business. If you’re someone who’s passionate about organisation, detail, and planning, and you want to take on an exciting challenge with a growing company, apply now to be part of our amazing team!
