We are currently in search to fill in two departments which consist of an installation co-ordinator and a receptionist.
Your position will require excellent customer services skills, data entry, including some adhoc duties to assist the team. You must be passionate to take on any task with a can-do attitude. More specifically your role will be delivering strong emphasis on managing incoming orders and arranging products from our factories while taking care of customer service.
You must possess the following qualities:
Excellent team player.
Ability to multitask
Strong computer skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster.
Proactive and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Can do attitude
Your responsibilities:
Perform general reporting obligation.
Schedule ETA's for products.
Schedule installation dates for clients.
To be point of contact for any inbound customer enquiries.
Demonstrate professional communication skills and telephone manner.
Receive phone calls, transfer calls, take messages and meeting clients in showroom.
Provide admin support to team members.
Data entry on our user-friendly database and online systems.
Skills and experience required:
Administration / Customer Services.
MS Office proficiency.
General office administration / Customer Services experience.
