We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Advertising & Digital Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team full-time.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Ads Team, you’ll manage client campaigns from strategy to execution across Google and social platforms.

Your day-to-day will include:

Auditing and strategising digital advertising campaigns based on client goals

Setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other ad platforms

Conducting in-depth keyword and competitor research to drive performance

Writing compelling ad copy that connects with target audiences and increases CTR

Monitoring ad performance and optimising daily to maximise ROI

Performing A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences

Aligning campaign strategies with client expectations and making changes as needed

Organising, leading, and documenting review and onboarding meetings with clients

Preparing performance reports and communicating updates clearly and professionally

Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform changes

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns

Google Ads certification is essential

Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking

Great communicator – both written and verbal – with a client-first approach

Detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives on data-driven decisions

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with WordPress is a bonus

📍 Location & Work Structure

Full-time role | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Based at our Minchinbury office (free on-site parking)

Work-from-home every Friday

Must have own vehicle (public transport options are limited)
