Our mission is to create seamless, high-quality placements for our certified closers while maintaining strong relationships with our partner businesses.
About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Facilitator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong matchmaking and recruitment skills, excellent communication, and a firm but fair approach to handling conflicts. The successful candidate will begin with taking over our member-facing processes of recruitment, with the view to eventually take on greater responsibilities, including networking with businesses and auditing potential partners.

Assess student personalities, skills, and experiences to match them with the right business opportunities.
Answer questions regarding job offers and ensure members are well-prepared for their roles.

Mediate when members express dissatisfaction with a placement, encouraging perseverance and resolution where possible.
Ensure members understand the commitment required before accepting a role.
Address concerns professionally without being overly emotional or bureaucratic.
Aftercare & Relationship Management
Conduct follow-ups with both members and business network partners to ensure smooth integration and satisfaction. When necessary, you may be required to advise either party.
Maintain positive long-term relationships with businesses and members alike.
Identify areas for improvement in the placement process and suggest enhancements.
Future Growth Responsibilities
Learn to audit businesses to verify legitimacy and suitability for our members.
Network and build strong partnerships with businesses looking for top-tier remote closers.

Independent & proactive: Can take initiative without needing constant direction.
Not a people pleaser: Can stand firm on decisions while still being polite and supportive.

Achieving and exceeding KPIs: Have experience with working towards KPIs and a proven track record of achieving results.
