You’ll work side by side with hiring managers across a diverse portfolio, within the aged care industry, to drive and develop talent strategies to attract the very best people and play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach to provide a seamless experience for our candidates whilst supporting our business to build a high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Manage and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process

Business partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair and consistent process and providing recruitment expertise in relation to sourcing strategies, interview processes and selection

Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic and aligned EVP

Proactively sourcing top talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards and networking

Using data and market insights to inform and improve hiring processes and decision-making

About you

To be successful in the role you'll need:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, psychology in a related field or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Partner in a similar role

Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, results driven approach to hiring top talent

Knowledge of HRIS or recruitment systems is preferred

A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and building employer brand

Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

Adapting and responding to change

Planning and organising

Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL’s signature behaviours of commitment, future, mission, respect and honesty.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory NDIS Worker Clearance or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
