Your new role

You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing, mixed-use commercial portfolio (80% retail), with the support of a switched-on Assistant PM and direct mentorship from the Director. Your key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end commercial property management
• Building relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Preparing budgets, reviewing outgoings, and managing lease renewals
• Coordinating maintenance and inspections
• Identifying opportunities to improve portfolio performance
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• 2-3+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management
• VIC Agent's Representative Certificate and valid drivers licence
• A proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and attention to detail
