Our client is a global leader in technology, research and development specializing in Panel Module and energy storage equipment for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. The company brings years of track record of growth and success with combined capacity of 230 Gigawatts module shipments globally with subsidiaries worldwide.

The Position - Logistic Officer

Key Responsibilities

Stock control

Help manage all inbound/outbound orders from 4x 3PL AU warehouses and ensure high stock accuracy at all times

Monitor DDP Port orders and provide customer with relevant documents ASAP before arrival

Conduct regular stock checks and investigate any discrepancies in a timely manner

Send stock reports weekly/monthly as per sales support/finance requirements.

Ensure all systems are being kept fully updated TMS/SAP

Manage warranty replacements for BESS and panels

Logistics Management

Liaise with our clearance agents in each state and provide them with all necessary shipping documents and instructions for each inbound container

Add logistics costs to CRM for new sales opportunities

Source delivery quotes for both ESS/Panel business as required

Help launch new bidding system (online quoting system)

Eventually get involved in the delivery of Utility Projects

Keep all POD's for outbounds on file and up to date

Communication with HQ

Help work with TMS team to fix any system issues as they arise

Be the link between local logistics and HQ teams

Admin

Submit all logistics payments via FSCC system

Check accuracy of all 3PL account summary's

Provide monthly KPI reports for 3PL providers

Serial # management, upload all serials to SPV database

Other duties as required

Qualification Criteria:

l Past experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred

l Strong administration or customer service and customer service skills

l Good computer and communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

l Strong attention to detail & time management skills

l Mandarin speaking is a must
