About the role

Join our growing team as an Inventory & Logistics Officer at TRUCK HYDRAULIC SOLUTIONS in Truganina, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory and streamlining our logistics operations to support the efficient delivery of our products and services to a National network of warehouses.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining reorder systems for both local and overseas suppliers

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of our products and materials

Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing stock control measures

Coordinating the timely importation of products

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations

Generating reports and identifying opportunities for improvement

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in inventory management

Deep experience covering the importation process including the complete importation process from order placement, logistics management and document management.

Strong organisational skills

Proficiency in inventory management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive approach to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Knowledge of transportation and distribution regulations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
