About the Job

This is a frontline HR role focused on end-to-end recruitment delivery and client support. You’ll be hands-on with hiring campaigns, candidate management, and recruitment systems—while fielding queries and improving processes along the way.

Who You Are

Must be experienced in using PageUP.

You’ve worked in high-volume recruitment and can steer a process from job ad to onboarding. You’re comfortable in the APS world (or quick to learn) and bring proven experience using PageUp to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Duties

Run end-to-end recruitment: write ads, shortlist, coordinate assessments and onboarding

Support bulk hiring campaigns and merit pools

Partner with hiring managers to build smart recruitment strategies

Respond to recruitment queries via inboxes and IPFX

Maintain recruitment systems and data integrity

Draft and review job descriptions, SOPs and templates

Spot process improvements and run with them

Keep candidate experiences smooth from start to finish

Balance workloads, juggle deadlines, and escalate when needed
