We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our caravan sales team at Crusader Caravans RV Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind customer engagement, sales progression, and overall team performance, playing a key part in ensuring the dealership operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Collective Management: Work collaboratively with the team to manage stock.
Dressing of Stock Caravans: Ensure all caravans are well-presented and ready for display.
Stock Uploads: Upload stock information and descriptions to the website, including C&CS.
Stock Colour Selection: Select colours and order stock caravans as needed.
Pricing Tickets: Create and display pricing tickets for stock vans.
CRM Management: Update and maintain the Crusader Melbourne CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
General Tasks and Responsibilities
Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure the dealership is opened and closed on time.
Minor Cleaning: Perform minor cleaning tasks for stock caravans.
Show Setup/Pack Up: Assist in setting up and packing up for caravan shows.
Van Preparation: Prepare vans for shows, including cleaning and maintenance.
Caravan Selling
Sales Targets: Sell new and used caravans, aiming for a minimum of 2 vans per week (96 caravans per annum).
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers, manage call progression, and send email follow-ups.
Sales Communication: Send completion emails to the team for every sale.
Team Progress: Monitor and report on the sales team's progress and KPI targets.
Deal Approvals: Report to CCRVM management for approval if deals fall below the minimum expected sales amount.
Display Management: Open the yard for display vans, check stock cleanliness, and ensure the dealership is presentable.
Prospect Management: Track and report on the progress of sales prospects, providing weekly updates.
Customer Planning & Colour Meetings
Organising Customer Plans: Occasionally manage and organise your own customer plans and colour selections using the Ordering System.
Handling External Customer Plans: Occasionally organise and orchestrate plans and colour selections for other customers, particularly during shows and sales events.
Van Inspection: Check and communicate the status of customer vans upon arrival, including any issues or updates.
Delivery Updates: Update customers on delivery dates, potential delays, and related issues.
Handover Bookings: Assist in booking handovers for your customers and other managed customers.
Post-Sale Support: Provide post-sale support for customer inquiries, sharing this responsibility with the entire sales and customer service team.
