DWS are looking for experienced Functional Business Analysts with experience around any or all of the following disciplines - Business Readiness, Integration, M&A, Finance or Product Owner experience to join our team on client side, located at Macquarie Park.
Type: 12 Month Max-Term (possibility of permanent employment after 1 year)
Salary: Up to $180,000 package inclusive of Super
Location: Macquarie Park
Workstyle: Hybrid - 3-4 days in the office

Applicants must hold either Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR) – DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.

What you will bring:

• Well-rounded experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise scale business integration projects -M&A, Finance etc
• Strong experience in Agile environments
• Experience working on a broad range of projects with major businesses in different domains; Financial Services highly regarded
• Functional business focus on Business Readiness & Reporting
• Exceptional communication skills in both spoken & written English
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence
• A formal BA qualification such as IIBA CCA, CBAP or AAC
• Commercial experience in applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, BPMN
• A proactive approach with client and a drive to exceed expectations
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
