Based in the heart of Cremorne, we’re a vibrant wholesale bakery supplying Independent Grocers, Supermarkets, Cafes, and Retailers with top-notch baked goods, including seasonal favourites.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Bakery Pastry Chef Assistant – All Rounder to support our growing production team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves the rhythm of a busy kitchen, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a variety of tasks from baking and decorating to packing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Batch baking and decorating a range of cakes, slices, and cookies

Assisting with packing of products ready for dispatch

Following kitchen hygiene procedures and HACCP guidelines

Supporting the team across various tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen (production baking experience is a plus!)

A confident and capable approach to batch baking for new orders

Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and workflows

Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive work ethic

A team player who’s comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
