About the role

Fatboi Brownies' is seeking a motivated and skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. As a casual Bakery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our bakery operations and contributing to the production of our renowned baked goods.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the preparation, mixing, and baking of a variety of brownies and cookies

Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bakery workstation and equipment

Packaging and labelling finished products for distribution

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Experience in a bakery or food production environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and production procedures

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

A passion for baking and a commitment to delivering high-quality products

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
