About the role for Breakfast + Lunch creative

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our talented culinary team at the ROCKWELL Group Proprietary Ltd' in Sydney, NSW. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking exceptional breakfast and lunch meals for our guests. What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Ensure all meals are presented to the highest standards

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist with menu development and testing of new recipes

Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for ordering

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef, with a focus on breakfast and lunch preparation

Proven track record of delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes

Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as required
