About the Role:
As our Breakfast Chef, you’ll take charge of the morning service and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes that set the tone for our guests' day. You’ll work alongside a supportive and experienced team with access to top-quality produce and modern kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a high-standard breakfast menu

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

Maintain a clean and organised section

Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff for seamless service

Assist with prep and mise en place for the next day

We’re Looking For:

A chef with breakfast/brunch experience in high-volume venues

Excellent time management and attention to detail

A self-starter who thrives in early morning shifts

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Food safety knowledge and a passion for hospitality
