We are seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Advertising and Media Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing media schedules, and growing our digital presence. This position requires hands-on experience with media planning, scheduling, and social media management to effectively reach our target audiences and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media plans and proposals across traditional and digital platforms.
- Coordinate media buying, booking, and delivery in line with campaign objectives and budgets.
- Maintain media calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Manage daily operations across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand voice and campaign strategies.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and audience engagement to optimise content and strategy.
- Compile regular reports on media performance, social media insights, and campaign outcomes.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in a media or marketing role.
- Understanding of media planning, scheduling, and campaign coordination.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout )
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of paid digital advertising suites.
