As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house team and help elevate our brand to new heights.

Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and expand our reach. This includes overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, product branding, and eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive our marketing efforts forward, particularly in the online space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, website, and eCommerce channels.

Create engaging visual and written content for digital marketing materials (social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, etc.).

Produce high-quality product photography that effectively represents the brand.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and engage with followers.

Oversee and optimize eCommerce listings, ensuring product pages are compelling and optimized for conversion.

Utilize AI tools to analyse trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Oversee website content, ensuring consistency, relevancy, and regular updates across all online platforms.

Coordinate with sales, product, and eCommerce teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and maximize online sales.

Assist in event planning and trade shows to promote the brand and connect with potential clients in the future.

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in photography and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).

Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and social media management tools.

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for marketing analysis and customer insights.

Experience in content creation, managing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing online product listings.

Basic eCommerce experience (e.g., managing product pages, optimizing conversion rates, and using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative mindset and a passion for marketing and design.

A basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and eCommerce-specific SEO strategies is a plus.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills:

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or other content creation assistants would be an asset.

Experience with eCommerce platforms like WIX, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, particularly in product listing management and conversion optimization.
