The Role
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you'll lead the charge in expanding the company's Visualization business and be instrumental in establishing them as the definitive leader in AI-enhanced mineral exploration tools. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to achieve revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies alongside other managers to target the mining and capital markets sectors across Asia Pacific. Represent the company at industry events and conferences while aligning sales efforts with product and marketing initiatives.
- Revenue Growth: Optimize lead generation, negotiate and close deals, and exceed ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Monitor sales metrics to adjust strategies effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients, building trust and advocacy networks. Collaborate on strategic account plans to generate referral-based sales and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry trends, accurately forecast sales, and identify risks and opportunities to refine growth strategies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the mining sector's challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical prowess to interpret sales data and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Experience with AI solutions in mining.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Geology, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications in mining or capital markets desirable).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in the mining industry or capital markets. A proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B technology environments.
