Package $75,000 - $80,000

Duties:

· Preparation and service of quality produce and food during breakfast and lunch

· Responsible for day-to-day Kitchen operations and Culinary team

· Able to support management with menu planning activities, pricing and menu innovation

· Develop recipes and portion specification in line with customer's expectation

· Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production

· Ensure that the appropriate methods of cooking and presentation are used to maintain high standards of service

· Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase

· Ensure that Health and Safety standards are followed

· Able to supervise, train and manage kitchen personnel

We are seeking experienced chef who are passionate and has knowledge in breakfast and beautiful flavours and cooking, and with the following skills and experiences

Must have a minimum of 1 years experience as Chef.
