About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant / Property Manager to join our dynamic team at 1st Choice Property in our Docklands office. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our residential leasing and property management services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and advertise vacant properties and conduct friendly and professional open-for-inspections
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants
• Assess and process rental applications conducting reference checks
• Maintain clear, efficient, and effective communication across internal departments while facilitating the lease signing process
• Prepare detailed condition reports and inventory lists
• Conduct routine inspections and co-ordinate access with renters
• Actively manage a small portfolio of rental properties, including handling tenant inquiries, maintenance requests and bond management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in residential leasing and/or property management
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
• Ability to learn quickly & take ownership of the role
• Agent's Representative Certificate is required
• Owns a vehicle and has a current driver's licence
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.
