We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to join a dynamic team in Bulimba. As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee a portfolio and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a Leasing Consultant, ensuring they are supported and mentored in their role.
• Conduct tenant viewings and manage the end-to-end leasing process.
• Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
• Coordinate advertising for rental properties, ensuring listings are up to date across various platforms.
• Work in collaboration with the Business Development and Property Management teams.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Current QLD driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Valid QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
• Proven experience in residential leasing.
• Familiarity with Inspect Real Estate (ideal) and PropertyMe software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and a proactive mindset with local area knowledge.
