Responsibilities:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will work in the operations and be responsible for the overall management and performance of our cafe’, dining service and bar operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance the overall member and guest experience.
Overseeing promotion, food delivery, customer feedback and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency
Managing inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets
Recruiting, training, and managing a skilled team of service staff and bartenders.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Collaborating with the Club Operations Manager, Golf Operations, Head Chef to plan and execute special events, golf events, banquets, and provide a unique offering to the people that visit.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with members, guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in Pubs, Clubs and or Cafe’s as a manger is preferable.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food and beverage pairing, promotion, cost control, market trends and inventory management
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff
Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a club environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
