Food & Beverage Operations Manager

A premier multi-purpose dining, conference, entertainment, and sporting venue situated along the stunning Murray River is searching for an energetic and highly motivated Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead its hospitality team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, Your primary focus will be on mentoring, training, and developing the front-of-house team while ensuring the highest performance standards across all areas. You will also play a key role in financial management, monitoring budgets, and optimising food, beverage, and labour costs.

Annual Salary: $110k - $120k (inclusive of a 50% exemption on penalty rates and allowances)

Leave & Benefits: 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading, at least 9 days off per 4-week cycle

• Exceed guest expectations in all areas, including creating the perfect dining ambiance with background music.
• Drive brand growth and sales through approved operational and marketing strategies.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining passionate hospitality professionals.
