An award-winning and highly respected Buyer’s Agency, operating across Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking a capable and confident Executive Assistant / Property Search Consultant to join their close-knit team.
This is a rare opportunity to support a high-profile Director while also working hands-on in the property search and acquisition process. The Role:
Working across a boutique office located in Manly, you’ll play an integral part in both client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and researching both on-market and off-market properties
- Attending inspections and open homes
- Liaising with agents, solicitors, and building consultants
- Managing client relationships and property briefs
- Supporting the Director with daily EA tasks to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinating contract exchanges and handling administration
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication across the business
- Opportunity to grow your own client pipeline over time
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism. To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate (EA to a top agent, property manager, sales associate, or agent background preferred)
- Strong client-facing experience and a natural rapport with people
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and the confidence to follow up leads and chase off-market opportunities
- High-level organisational, communication and administration skills
- Familiarity with CoreLogic, Excel, and an understanding of contracts
- Strong local knowledge of the North Shore and/or Northern Beaches
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence
- Impeccable presentation and a polished, professional demeanour
