We are searching for a Executive Assistant join our Perth practice.
Reporting to the Partner-in-Charge of Cor Cordis Perth, you will be responsible for Executive Assistant support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning for the PIC.

Your new role
As a Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
Executive & Administrative Support
· Manage the PIC’s calendar, including but not limited to:
· management of calendars for events, leave and meeting rooms
· stakeholder and client appointments
· travel arrangements (assist with organising in/outbound visits, arranging travel, flights, accommodation, car/ car hire and other needs for the PIC and Cor Cordis staff)
· booking meetings related to insolvency administrations and meetings with Cor Cordis staff
· Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
· Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Attending to ASIC and other statutory lodgements relevant to the PIC’s registration as a liquidator.
· Attending to and monitoring of the PIC’s compliance with ongoing professional education requirements.
· Assist with project management, tracking action items, and ensuring deadlines are met.
· Assist with stakeholder and client meetings, taking minutes, and distribute/diarise key action items.
· Assist with completion of time sheet entries for the PIC
· Process expenses, invoices, and financial documentation as required.
Client & Team Coordination
· Act as a liaison between the PIC and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
· Prepare engagement materials, proposals, and meeting agendas.
· Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and distribute key action items.
· Support internal teams with workflow and document management.
· Assist in the organisation, booking of and catering of client events and functions (where required) e.g. end of year celebrations, Boardroom lunches, community partnership initiatives, football, bookings for dinners etc.
· Assist with organisation of staff events and functions such as training, welcome drinks for new team members, birthdays, EOFY staff event, Christmas function
Operational & Office Support
· Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
· Assist with firm-wide events, training sessions, and operational projects.
· Monitor deadlines and deliverables related to client work and internal initiatives.
· Provide support, guidance and monitor performance of Administration Assistant and Receptionist
· Support onboarding of new staff including preparation of new starter kits, coordinate desk and computer.

This role may be perfect for you if you have the following attributes:
Previous experience as an EA
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
Building relationships & networks
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
