Lead a Great New Store!

Feedwell’s new Pitt St café and wellness bar is on the hunt for a hands-on Store Manager who knows how to rally a team and run a tight, consistent operation.

This role is about making sure everything runs smoothly, everyone knows their role, and every shift hits the mark.

Your focus will be:

Leading a 6–8 person team during busy weekday shifts

Organising front-of-house, Wellness Bar, cleaning, restocking and customer service stations

Rostering, stock ordering, and managing daily store operations

Keeping service standards high and the store looking great

Supporting a positive, efficient team environment

We’re looking for:

Strong leadership and team management skills (hospitality experience preferred)

Organised, calm, hands-on style — you spot what needs doing and get it done

Experience with rostering, stock control and POS systems

Customer service mindset, but team leadership is the real key
