We’re on the hunt for someone with natural leadership skills, a love for great service, and the energy to bring a brand-new store to life – someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is ready to take the lead.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a full-time Front of House Manager who remembers regulars’ names, who leads a team with energy and heart, and who takes real pride in making every day positively flow.

You’ll be the first face our customers see – and the steady hand that makes sure the wheels keep turning smoothly.

Your day-to-day:

Leading from the front: welcoming customers, managing POS, and setting the tone for great service

Coaching and supporting your FOH team so they’re confident and performing at their best

Managing rosters, daily operations, and store presentation

Coordinating with our coffee, kitchen, and wellness bar teams

Creating a workplace where people love to work (and eat!)

WHO YOU ARE:

You're warm, upbeat, and naturally great with people

You have experience in a café, food retail, or hospitality leadership role

You lead by example and know how to keep a team running like clockwork

You’re organised, efficient, and cool under pressure

You bring good vibes, initiative, and pride in your work – every day

You’re an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (this is a long-term full-time role)
