Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services to clients

Mentor, supervise, and support junior therapists to develop their clinical skills

Lead clinical discussions and contribute to service development

Complete comprehensive assessments, reports, and therapeutic interventions

Collaborate with families, carers, and other allied health professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance

About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration

Extensive experience working with NDIS participants

Proven leadership or mentoring experience (desirable)

Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills

Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the community
