your role
Step into a Senior Property Accountant role, where you'll take charge of full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of shopping centre assets. You’ll be the financial engine behind these centres, ensuring precision, strategy, and commercial success. Key responsibilities include:

• Producing financial and management reports with sharp analysis and insights
• Driving budget and business plan preparation, plus presenting key financials
• Refining budget models for smarter forecasting
• Managing income, expenditure, and cash flow with precision
• Overseeing outgoings recovery and updating financial models
• Leading balance sheet reconciliations with support from assistant accountants
• Calculating and validating percentage rent based on audited sales figures

your advantage
We’re looking for a numbers-savvy, commercially minded professional with:

• Property accounting experience in retail property
• A solid grasp of the Retail Leases Act, leases, and outgoings
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills - thrives in fast-paced environments
• A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability
