Based in Brisbane we current employ 40 staff and manufacture products for all State Road Authorities in Australia. We work closely with our clients on many of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects including ITS for Major Freeway Developments, Airport Infrastructure and Security, Rail Security.

Due to continuous growth we are now seeking applications from highly experienced results driven national business development professionals to further grow the business in diverse industries as we enter the 3rd decade of manufacturing in Australia.

This is a permanent senior management role answering to the Managing Director. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the strategic growth of the business over the next decade.

The successful candidate would have the following,

Be a motivated team member capable of developing implementing a clear plan for future growth.

Be degree qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience in working with Tier 1 national contractors.

Experience in working with Government Authorities.

Experience in working with National and Multi National Consulting Engineers.

Experience in contract negotiations

Clear understanding of standards associated with the electrical, Communications and ITS Industry.

A background in Electrical sales and manufacturing would be highly desirable.

Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis.
